1 shallot chopped

250 grams of ground pork meat

1 tsp soy Sauce

1 tsp minced ginger and garlic

½ tsp chili

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 dozen premade rice paper

Oil for frying

Method

In a pan, add the oil and sauté the onions, carrot, ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

Add the pork and stir fry until it is separated, add the soy sauce, corn starch, and salt.

Set aside to cool down.

Take a rice paper, scoop a spoonful in the middle and fold in the edges then roll, use flour paste to hold wrapper together.

Repeat until done and fry.
